Hey guys, I'm new here searching for video game and anime soundtracks that I love. The only thing is, downloading them is confusing for me (I know, I feel stupid). Apparently there is something called File Factory, but you have to pay to use it. I already have iTunes, so is there some way I can transfer the soundtracks there? Also, on the GH homepage, they have a list of soundtracks you can listen to if you click on the "MP3s" link on the right side of the page. How would I download those tracks to iTunes so I can get them on my iPod?

Thank you guys, sorry if this isn't in the right place (I think it is).

If I recall correctly iTunes are usually .mp4 or .m4p format... if you wanted to add things unto your iPod, you'd have to convert them from .mp3, .flac, .ape or whatever else to the iTunes format.

file factory is free to download from... I don't know if it's free to add things to; but there's always megaupload, gigasize, rapidshare, and plenty others that are free to upload to (depending on the sizes of each that is).

It's not the right place but anyway, for filefactory when you click on the link you will see what the link is, the big ass sign up link and slightly under that is the free download linkclick on that and you will be brought to a screen where you will have to enter the code in the box to get the download, when you finish downloading it you will need winrar (http://www.rarlab.com/rar/wrar38b5.exe) to unzip the archive to get the music.

As for GH here is an example http://gh.ffshrine.org/soundtracks/3150 click on track 1 and it will bring you to a new screen where it says click here right click on that and press save link as or save target as depending on if you use IE or Firefox and then once it's saved you open it with itunes.

You shoudln't feel stupid. Very few people know how to do something intuitively.

It isn't necessary to convert MP3 when adding music to your iTunes. iTunes is capable of playing MP3 , WAV without conversion.

1. Download the folder of music and make a note of where you are
downloading the file to. ex C://My Music / GTA III
* If you were only adding a single song and not a folder of songs click "Add File to Library"

2. From "iTunes" Click on File (Top Left had Corner)

3. Select "Add Folder to Library"

4. From The "Browse For Folder" Box select the Folder of music that you downloaded

5.Click Ok

It will add the MP3s. If the files are WMA (windows media) it will inform you that ituned will have to convert the files before it can add it. You'll see that it is converting it and adding the songs as each song is converted.

Hope this helps.
