don't use a game shark!! it'll ruin the game for you! unless you've already beaten it... but if you wanna do that. just be that way okay?

Hmm... I know more about the FF8 Debug Room more than I know about the FF7 Debug Room... I forgot what room this was in but if you talk to this guy in one of the rooms in the right (of the ring of rooms), I think one of them allows you to play mini-games throughout the game. Including that little battle minigame in that one mountain. The cool thing about it is that you will be able to adjust the difficulty of the game beyond what the normal game will allow you.

You can't go into the debug without a gameshark or using some outside method. If you have a hacked save point to enter Debug Mode, then you can... but otherwise no.

It'd be kinda pointless to be able to get to a PROMGRAMMER's debug room in the normal game, wouldn't you think? :eye:

Not really pointless...it would be a cool hidden feature for a second playthrough. Maybe in the PS2 version you'll be able to access it.

Well, even the fact that the FF7 debug room is full of glitches kind of would make it pointless -- if you could get to it in the normal game it'd glitch and screw things up on you. *shrugs*

I just think it'd be kind of pointless unless they refined it to a point where everything worked, kind of like the special features they have on the US FF6 version. They'd probably not call it the "debug room" either then, though.

Oi, you don't wanna know how many times I had to reset my PSX after going through the Debug Room. It's meant for THEIR eyes only.
