There are a ton of DBZ games and i can't decide which to buy. So I would much appreciate some input on which game I should spend my money on. I'm looking for the one with the most characters and the one that covers the most of the series.

Budokai 3 or Tenkaichi 3.

Depends on preference.

Actually, go for Burst Limit if you have a 360 or a PS3. The battle engine is much more refined than those in Budokai 3 or Budokai Tenkaichi 3.

Otherwise, go with Budokai Tenkaichi 3. It has more to offer than any other DBZ games (with pretty much all the characters ever who have fought at some point in the story.).

I'm waiting for Burst Limit 3.

You know it's going to happen.

I think budokai 3 was the best.

The problem I had with Budokai 3 was that the dragon rushes got overly repetitive. And the story mode was great in principle, but flying over the world endlessly hoping to find that small bit of extra was a real pain in the ass.

The game was a good step in the right direction, but was still plagued with major problems that subsequent games managed to get rid of.

Budokai 3 or Tenkaichi 3.

Depends on preference.

What's the difference?

Basically the way the fighter is.

Budokai 3 is more traditional.

Tenkaichi 3 is over the shoulder perspective.

Definitely check game vids

lol, i was just about to ask what the difference was between the two games. if that's the difference, i would definitely go for budokai. over the shoulder sounds waay to annoying.

also, what's the difference between those two and burst limit?

Burst Limit is the same fighting style as Budokai, just with better graphics, more moves, and drama events.
