Hey all. I'm looking for some good Techno-style (original or arranged) VGM soundtracks. Please recommend some good ones for me to listen to. Let me know what your favorites are. Any game is welcome. Iam open to all genres.

The soundtracks to both Sonic Riders and Sonic Riders Zero Gravity (I highly recommend also the Metal City theme from Sonic Riders 1).

you can try REZ , or find my link on the Gunpey soundtrack. Or the Wangan Midnight Tune 2 and 3 have really good techno sound tracks also. or any of the Wipeout versions have great composers all of them are techno.

You heard wrong. That was a very good action game. You are right about the soundtrack, however.

I Second The Streets of Rage series, especially the first two.

Star Gladiator II: Nightmare of Bilstein, the track "Jungle". Made me off and buy the thing from cdjapan years ago.

A couple songs stick out to me. "Tunnel Scene (X)" from Super Smash Bros. Brawl and "Game Corner" from Pok�mon DPP sound a bit techno-ish. Also, quite a bit of the EarthBound soundtrack sounds techno, especially the battle theme for the Starmen. ^_^

Yes, I too recommend Granado Espada Original Soundtrack, it has some awesome Trance/Techno style music, and a lot of it (4 CDs worth!). It sounds great in lossless! :D

For some Rock/Techno fusion, you might find Megaman Network Transmission to be of interest. In my opinion, it's some of the most catchy Megaman music since Megaman 8. :D

It might be a bit of a stretch, but the Ape Escape 1 and 3 soundtracks are a bit techno-ish. Some tracks much more than others. Some are even based a little on drum and bass. For specific techno-ish tracks, try "Time Station" and "Jakes Challenges" from number 1. Ape escape 3 is a bit less techno-based, but contain some similar beats.

Either way, both are exceptional game soudntracks in their own right. Ape Escape 2? Hahaha... nah... shit

This. Blew all other recommendations out of the water, IMO.

F-Zero's music blends together a brilliant combination of rock and techno--perfect for work outs or just something to jam out to. Rather than attempt to sum up how stupendous it all is, I think it's better to present a sample track; this one (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J7u6YLuOFC8) is among my personal favorites.
