I enjoy a good puzzle game every now and then. When I was in school, a good round of Tetris helped me to think quicker before tests. Not sure why, but I never complained!

Anywho... My favorites are:

Tetris
I.Q.
Lumines
Echochrome

Big list, I know. ;-; Made this thread also because I'm expecting to see someone post a long list of games I've never heard of so I may try some out in the future.

I.Q. is one of my favorites. I haven't played it in a decade, though. Tetris will never get old. I also liked Sorcerer's Maze and Bust-A-Move 4.

Microsoft Entertainment Pack Puzzle Collection has some pretty awesome games.

I can name some:

Fringer - Great simple game that involves as quick thinking as Tetris
Rat Poker - (NOT a card game) and is also like that
Jewel Chase - One of those games with 100 levels of "maze puzzles" which have an original sort of function I can't really go into detail about. And it's a race
Muddled Casino - Not a race, just a puzzle game involving planning ahead

Oh, and Snood is up there as well.

I've never been a huge puzzle nut, but my vote easily goes to Dr. Mario.

Those classics were a blast, I wish they made more of those. The new renovations aren't bad and are actually quite clever with gameply being unique; but sometimes it's also good to go back to the classics.

You really cannot go wrong with Tetris and Super Puzzle Fighter. Also I am not sure if it counts but Mr Driller would be way up there for me

I liked ultimate block party on PSP.

Tetris is always good.

Lumines is fucking awesome though, I was very badly addicted to that game for a very long time.

What was that old ps1 game where a bunch of blocks were rolling toward your little guy? IntelligentQube or something like that? That was a cool game.

Dr. Mario was all that and a bag of chips, as well. Other than those though, I've never been Mr. Puzzle Gamer. If I want a puzzle, I grab a crossword puzzle.

IQ, great game.

Magical Drop... meh.

I've been trying this Echochrome on PS3. It's pretty meh.

But IQ was great.

The Tetris Attack/Panel de Pon/Puzzle League games hands down. Easily the best puzzle games I've ever played.

I also like Puyo Pop, though it can be quite unforgiving.

I like to play puzzle games a lot; but in response to this particular thread, my favorite puzzle game is the 'Tetris' series.:) :D Although, my favorite 'Tetris' game is "Tetris Worlds" (which, by the way, is the only 'Tetris' game that I'd ever played).:) O:]
