I can only take what you're saying as mock surprise, so forgive me if you're genuinely are outraged. Well, it's the 5th main Final Fantasy to appear on PC so it's not as much of a big deal as it may seem to some.

Square Enix has gone PC. On the first day of the show, the Japanese game publisher announced that Final Fantasy XIII is coming to PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 (in Europe and North America only) and PC.

And the other one says:

The first article doesn't list any sources and the second lists the first article as its source. The quotes they are using are from the Q&A session that Kitase and Hashimoto held after Square Enix announced the 360 version of the game in which they revealed that the game was being developed on PC. If they have announced a PC version, no one seems to have picked up on it (beyond aforementioned unsourced articles, that is).
