where do you find a "friendship"?

I've looked everywhere and can't find it. Though I've seen what it looked like

I'm pretty sure the only way to get one is from the "Chocobo World" mini-game. If you're playing the PC version of FFVIII, it should come with the game. If you're playing the PS version, you need something called a pocketstation, which is sold only in Japan. You can buy one off of E-bay but from what I've heard it's not worth it. (I own the ps version but have seen what ChocoboWorld is like and it really, really sucks).

That's the water stone, right? It's a bar of soap in the artisan's sink.
