I went through the official and promo soundtracks for MGS4, but wasn't able to find the song you were looking for. Your best hope would be a gamerip, but I haven't heard of any currently underway. Does anyone else know anything about the possibility of a gamerip?

Final Fantasy XIII will be the first 'proper' game in the series on current gen consoles, but Sony will have to share the game with Microsoft for the first time.
