There's nothing wrong with stating a fact - this *is* a poor quality rip. It's very much appreciated by folk who like this music, but it is nevertheless a poor quality rip. Then again, I don't think this garbage music deserves any more than that, so it's fine by me. ;)

Actually, I take that back... It's not actually all that dreadful. Compared to that MV nonsense we get so much of these days, it's a work of art. :)

Do you know that we are in 2008? HDs have hundreds of gigas, DVDRs are widespread and blueray is progressing. Size is not so much a concern.
So why are some people still encoding in crappy quality instead of using lame preset extreme (-+250k) or preset insane (320k) wich both sound almost perfect?

But seriously, I love 320 kbps and I rip everything high quality. But for the casual listener who just wants to give The Incredible Hulk score a quick spin then it works.

Can I just go a little bit off topic here, and say that 320kbps MP3 is by and large pointless... VBR is your friend.

LAME -V0 forever.

320kbps wastes bits. I know storage space isn't at a premium nowadays, but it's still pointless just throwing it away for no discernible gain.

just found this, great soundtrack

Just a word for the naysayers.............I just downloaded and listened to this score on my high quality, high frequency response headphones, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with the quality of this rip. If your source is a high quality original, there are no problems with a 160 rip! By the way, everyone here seems to be overlooking the fact that this is obviously a complete score.............how often do those come along?
