pretty sure the luck-j can be found on the obel lake sidequest... and by mugging odin when you fight him.

i think theres a spd-j in lunatic pandora in a crevise in the wall, if you pushed the rock away when you were here as laguna. and sure you get one by mugging cerberus i recall.
