Hi everyone,

In the past you've all been extremely helpful for helping me locate scores that I've been searching for, and so instead of me creating a bunch of topics and flooding the forum unnecessarily every now and again, I figure I'll just make one general requests thread where I put in everything that I'm looking for. That way, I'm hoping people will be able to just check in if it's bumped and see if they can contribute any towards helping me complete my collection.

I would really appreciate it as listening to these scores helps me learn and expand my own composing abilities (I write music professionally). :) Therefore, without further ado, my list of requested scores:

SCORES TO 'TRACK' DOWN

-All the King's Men (James Horner) [got it, thank you]
-Amistad (John Williams) [got it, thank you]
-Black Rain (Hans Zimmer)
-A Bug's Life (Randy Newman) [got it, thank you]
-Charlotte's Web (Danny Elfman)
-Dracula (John Williams) [got it, thank you]
-Ever After (George Fenton)
-Finding Neverland (Jan A.P. Kacamarek)
-Gods and Generals (John Frizzel / Randy Edelman) [got it, thank you]
-Haunted (Debbie Wiseman)
-Instinct (Danny Elfman)
-Jane Eyre (John Williams)
-Last of the Dogmen (David Arnold)
-Last Samurai (Hans Zimmer) [got it, thank you]
-Masada (Jerry Goldsmith)
-Meet Joe Black (Thomas Newman)
-Merlin (Trevor Jones)
-Powder (Jerry Goldsmith)
-Raise the Titanic (John Barry)
-Ride Withe the Devil (Mychael Danna)
-Robots (John Powell)
-Sommersby (Danny Elfman)
-The Spitfire Grill (James Horner)
-Steamboy (Steve Jablonsky)
-Sunshine (Maurice Jarre)
-Team America: World Police (Harry Gregson-Williams, Trey Parker, and Marc Shaiman) [got it, thank you]
-Tears of the Sun (Hans Zimmer & Co.)
-Titus (Elliot Goldenthal) [got it, thank you]
-Under Fire (Jerry Goldsmith)
-Vertical Limit (James Newton Howard)
-Waterworld (James Newton Howard)
-We're Back: A Dinosaur Story (James Horner)
-Wilde (Debbie Wiseman) [got it, thank you]
-The Witches of Eastwick (John Williams)
-Young Sherlock Holmes (Bruce Broughton)

I realize that many of these are obscure, and that's precisely why I'm hoping that they might turn up in some of your own collections. I am fairly certain that none of these are already available around here, but feel free to correct me if my searching has simply been inadequate. Also, I have a preference for the highest possible bitrate, so if you have the original media and it's at all possible to rip it at 320kbps Mp3 or something of the like, that would be fantastic. It's just a preference though, certainly not a necessity as I realize I'm being quite picky as it is. :P

In any case, once again, I really appreciate the help in locating these scores and I hope that I'll be able to help you out in return. :)

Wow, talk about unobservant!

Yours is one of my favourite threads ever too :P Thanks very much for those - I'll edit my original post accordingly. :)

Well, I've managed to pick up a few more from the list on my own, so I've updated the first post to reflect the changes. I'm still hoping for some help with the others.

Thank you! :)

Aw, thank you Garamond! I'm hoping to find them all too. If I get the sense that other people are interested then I'll probably share them around here. :)

Another small update to my list, with another couple of slots filled in. I'm slowly managing to get through some of the more commonly-found items, but I'm still hoping for some help from you guys in locating the more obscure and difficult-to-find scores.

Thanks :)
