You have to get Omnislash and W-Summon seperately, considering together they cost over the maximum amount. You COULD get W-Summon first but it would be a challenge without Omnislash and kind of a waste of effort seeing as it actually costs twice as much.

So... usually you already have Omnislash by the time you're going for W-Summon.

Anyway just use Haste at the beginning every time and have a Ribbon equipped and be careful not to break the accessory.

Also Swami/noskill, nice attempt to make a funny, but you pretty much fail after posting the same thing in both threads. First time it was funny but now you just sound like The Master. Unless you're trying to. Sorry, just had to say that.

If you are given the chance when you select the handicap for the last battle try to go for the slot that breaks all your materia. By doing this you'll probably get above 9000 points if you manage to beat the enemy in the 8th battle but it's a risk. For equipment, as other people suggested, have Ribbon and maybe weapons and armor with max number of slots. I usually have Ultima Weapon and Wizard Bracelet. A Dragon Armlet is also good cause it halves damage from certain elements. From materia it's good to have a Restore materia with Regen learnt, Haste, Barrier materia with Wall learnt, a materia that attacks all enemies (like Ultima) or a materia+All and a summon of your choice. You can also equip an Enemy Skill materia. It's quite useful if you have learnt White Wind, Big Guard and attacks that deal damage to all enemies. In the slots that are left put HP Plus, MP Plus, Magic Plus and anything else you feel like having. That's all.

Once you have a ribbon and either Slash all or 4 x cut it shouldn't really be a problem. (ultima weapon helps too)
Maybe some people find the reels harder than most but i always found it possible to always get what you want.

You can get things like disable status effects on the reel since they'll basically do nothing when you have a ribbon.

But I do actually think I'm quite good at the game.
Then again you know nothing about me and vice versa - therefore I am not going to retaliate to your rudeness.
If you have something worthwhile to say and want to offer some advice on how you got the items and killed the monsters then fine; I'm all ears.
Otherwise, just leave it alone.

All you need is to have Cloud equipped with Ultima Weapon and Ribbon, and the only Materia you need is a Cure materia that has Regen and an Enemy Skill that has Big Guard and a Double Cut materia that has 4x attacks. Start the very first fight by using Big Guard, followed by Regen, then just cut the enemies down with Double Cut.

Also, there is a trick you can do with the slots to garantee you get the one you want to get (this can also be used with Tifa's Limit Break). When the slots start rolling just hold the Square button. When you do this they dissapear, but at the same time they stop rolling, and when you let go of Square they reappear and start rolling again. Try to stop them just before the one you want to get comes around, then release square and immediately press Circle and if you timed it right you should get the slot you wanted. It takes a bit of practice but once you get the timing right you can get any slot you want easily.
