I liked Chrono Trigger, Chrono Cross and to a lesser extend Xenogears soundtracks. Loved Chrono Cross's in particular.

Are any others of his a must-get?

I found Kirite (http://gh.ffshrine.org/soundtracks/825) to be phenomenal, regardless of the fact that it was rather short. If you enjoyed Chrono Cross's Soundtrack, I'd highly recommend it.

Agreed. Kirite is an absolutely phenomenal soundtrack. Nocturne has easily become one of my all time favorite songs.

Yasunori Mitsuda also did some good music with Yoshitaka Hirota in Shadow Hearts.

I've never listened to any Xenogears OSTs. Maybe I should.

Xenosaga. Of which I enjoy Opening, Nephilim, UMN Mode (shut up it's good), Gnosis, and Durandal the most. And I guess Omega, Zarathustra, Escape, Kukai Foundation, and some of the Resurrection arrangements.

Just the other day I was going to check out his other soundtracks. (Searched on Wikipedia.) Need to get back to that.

I never even heard of Kirite, so I went to the GH link and downloaded it; excellent stuff, and unquestionably some of Mitsuda's best.

I'd like to add that the Soma Bringer score is pretty good, too.
