There are some tracks that only appear on the US version and not on the Japanese version, the US version of the game is far better then the japanese version since it has far more than what the Jap version offers, I think the 4 missing tracks are cuz their exclusive for the US version (correct me if I'm wrong)

I can't upload the files for you, but rapidshare does have "happy hour" everyday (I don't remember the times, Google them). During happy hour, no code inputs are necessary, so download away!

Excuse me for the bump. The full versions (not rips) of the "missing tracks" have been up on Youtube for a while now but I have not found download links anywhere. For example:
