Because this is the alter name for the Japan Team (KYO, DAIMON, BENIMARU).

Conceded on the first, but "In Spite of Ones' Age" makes no grammatical sense in English. "Age" would also have to be plural. The notion is that each is still fighting, in spite of his (singular) age. If you're referring to "Old Men's Team," that was just a typo.
