I actually just recently received a pretty thoroughly researched OST for Soul Reaver from one of the LoK fan forum regulars, although I wouldn't mind downloading Top Dollar's as well, to compare the two for differences. Can someone please tell me where I can find a link to Top Dollar's version? I tried the gamingforce.com URL to his game rip thread from the Read Me for the Defiance OST, but it no longer seems to work.

I was also wondering if Top Dollar, (or anyone else here) might have happened to make an OST for Blood Omen 2. At this point, it's the last game in the LoK series that I have no audio files available for at my fan site. The same person who directed me to this thread sent me a collection of ripped sound files, but they are still in the raw form that I think Top Dollar described the ripped Defiance files being in, before giving them the Adobe "Audition treatment", (with abrupt endings and missing ambiance).

I'm checking out the SR1 and SR2 soundtrack from Nosgoth.net. The filesize is impressive, although I still wonder how there can be any more music, as I was under the impression that I did a pretty thorough job on SR1. But hey, if I'm wrong, I'll happily admit and take the new soundtrack! ;)

EDIT: Unfortuantely, SR 1 and Defiance is the only gameripping work I did on the franchise, and it's pretty unlikely that I return to gameripping anytime soon :(

Leon Scott Kennedy: Thanks. The tracks from that collection are remixes rather than a complete soundtrack, many of which have been overlayed with audio files from the game. They were done by the composers themselves, and given to Ben Lincoln, who runs TheLostWorlds.net. I wouldn't want to redistribute them without the permission of the composers, or step on Ben's toes. Oh, well. If anyone should decide to make an OST of Blood Omen 2, I've created cover art that only needs a tracklist, once the titles, lengths, and order of the tracks is determined. It's putting the cart before the horse, I know, but I have a somewhat better developed eye for graphic design than ear for music.

k_bacon: No worries. :) I'm very grateful to get the Defiance soundtrack. Feel free to let me know what you think of Raina Audron's Soul Reaver OST. I honestly haven't listened to all 11.5 hours of it yet, but it contains multiple variations of the music from each area in the game, plus some unreleased tracks. She's included detailed information on the soundtrack's making in her Read Me. I'm downloading your own Soul Reaver soundtrack now.

I checked it out, and it seems Raina's rip blows mine out of the water, both quality- and quantity-wise, which is a good thing. It's clearly a labour of love made by someone who's really into the stuff. I'm happy to finally have a truly complete representation of the Soul Reaver soundtrack and can't wait to get my hands on the SR2 one. Thanks to both Raina and you, Tenaya!
