I have a couple of questions,i hope you will help me:
1)Has The Motion Picture Garou Densetsu's ending theme "Oh Angel" by Warren Stanyer got a offical release? All i could find was bad quality anime rips.If yes,how can i find it?
2)What are "Super Famicom Magazine Volume No.#" albums? Are they directly music albums from SNES games or little arrangements of that songs?
3)Final Fantasy 4 and 6 has lots of different titled soundtrack albums.Which ones got tracks from PSX versions?
That is all for now, thanx for help

Hello, I'm not totally sure about these two answers, but I'm fairly certain they stand true.
#1 - It's not common for a dubbed Japanese animation with a non-Japanese soundtrack to get a soundtrack release. With that said, I have looked around and I haven't been able to find anything about an official release for the Warren Stanyer version. The Japanese soundtrack might have the same song you're looking for, though it's probably sung by a Japanese singer.
#3 - If you're looking for a Final Fantasy IV and VI soundtrack with upgraded synth, I don't believe any official soundtracks exist. In fact, I think most of the ported Final Fantasy games [from the SNES] on the Playstation retained their original SNES soundtracks. I think there was one exception to that, but I don't think they released a soundtrack for the game.
