I downloaded the OST from this site thanks to Sliat!
But sadly the Voice Collection was excluded from the rar file.

If anyone knows where I can get this, or if you can uploaded I'll be truly greatful.

EDIT: I have the game, so if you guys know of a Dreamcast Audio Ripping Program that will work, that'd help too. But I doubt there'll be one that I didn't already try lol!
