I know this song is a Ranma 1/2 opening, but I can't figure out the name of it. Here's the link with an instrumental version of it:

I don't know for sure if its an opening or an ending. If someone could lend me a hand here, it would be greatly appreciated. I heard the real version on my brother's burned cd once, but it was accidentally burned over. Thanks!

Well, it's not an opening or ending from any of the tv, movies, or ovas, that's for certain (because I have every op/ed). By the sounds of it (it sounds digital), it's either an independant remix of some kind, a bgm, or from a Ranma game. But I can tell you I don't remember ever hearing anything like it from the series. Sorry.

Thanks anyway. I would've thought I'd surely have a lead towards figuring out what this song is.

I believe this is from the Ranma video game for the PC Engine.

Only because the source is not even remotely close to Ranma 1/2. The actual song is called おどるポンポコリン, from an old anime, ちびまる子ちゃん. Here's even a clip with the actual song being used.

Thanks for pointing it out! Guess you can't trust Newgrounds when it comes to correct information. Either way, its quirky!
