Well it was either buy it through Otokichi, which would have been a little bit more cost wise (so not so bad all in all); he also ships usually within 3-4 days.

Or buy it through Amazon.jp. And I was lucky enough to snag it while Amazon.jp was offering overseas shipping for it's used items. Normally you have to go through a middle-man to get them.

I wouldn't mind financial help. xD

The more money I have the more CDs I can buy, so it's not such a bad deal. And you'd be surprised how much knowing a CDs Catalog number helps when trying to find it for purchase. On rare cases, having the original Japanese title of the CD helps too.

A good trick is taking the Japanese title of the anime and adding on Original Soundtrack; example:
"超人学園ゴウカイザー" "オリジナルサウンドトラック" Or Gowcaizer: the Voltage Fighter Original Soundtrack; this can sometimes lead you to a catalog number or a selling spot. I prefer Amazon Japan or Otokichi mainly... as they are easy to deal with and ship fast. They do sometimes cost a little more depending on the item.

If you don't mind super slow shipping (regular 3-4 week shipping) I hear CD Japan, Play-Asia and Yes-Asia are good.

I think thats wrong. I recognize nearly every song from this cd from the anime and the songs from the anime everybody has been searching for for years seems to be on this disc. Even the screenshots are all directly related to the anime(as in used for the cover or frames taken directly from the animation).

It can�t be. There was a release of the soundtrack of the OVA. I tried a japanese auction 2 times, but I lost on both. the damn thing is damn rare.

I see. In any case the cd Mewsie posted is full of songs used in the anime...clearly not all the songs but a good cd's worth. Im content with it but I do applaud those like you who go the extra mile to find the better version...the REAL thing. I feel content though having the opening song...and having the Cashaan ova soundtracks in 320 kbps I feel Ive tasted the ever so sweet answers to the majority of my years of "treasure hunting".
