I have leveled as much as possible so far, and i have all my overdrives for everyone including my aeon's but i still cant beat Braska's final aeon. can anyone here help me i don't even have a clue where to start.

That's odd... last time I played, I got to him and had him dead in 2 hits.

I thought Braska was the easiest FF boss ever? Tried going into battle with your whole party already into overdrive? Including Aeons?

Even if you don't do that he's easy - just poison him and keep hitting and healing. Using this I beat him without any aeons or break damage/HP limits. Didn't complete the sphere grid either...

Auto-life, hastega,quick hit. full overdrive gauges. And you should be fine.

Also, break damage limit helps.

Hammer at him and his rocks. Cast haste and protect on your party.

That's how I beat him the first time. I didn't have any of the final weapons, because I got drawn into the story.

I just don't understand how you're having trouble with him... when I got to him my first time through, he was probably the easiest boss I had ever fought. Just smacked him a few times, and down he went.

Here's what I did:

First form I casted hastega. I doublecasted Flare (holy works also) and kept my health up. Auto-life is nice too.

Second form I unleashed some aeon overdrives..Anima did some pwnage damage XD and in between aeons I used spare change for easy 9999's. As long as I kept using aeons..Jecht didn't touch any of my characters and he was quite easily defeated.

Hastega >> Magus Sisters >> Anima >> Repeat

It's not like it's a "serious" fight or anything, all of the game's end bosses are essentially a joke. :rolleyes:

level up a bit and improves yunas stats then use anima and it should be really easy. i killed it about 6 hits all taking 99,999 damage off

wow now i know what i need i dont have the Magus Sisters or Anima and i dont have Auto-life. i dont really play video games so i am kinda lost on this one lolz and maybe its because i am still figuring out my own strategies. i dont know i guess i will keep trying. i truly am new at this stuff but it is fun so far i love ffx its pretty cool

You dont need anima or the magus sisters. Anima is retarded and the magus sisters are into three-way incest. You really just need auto-life, hastega, and preferbly break damage limit.

Follow the sphere grid with Yuna until you see Auto-Life. For more information, restart the game and go through the tutorial in the beginning.

oh ya last time i tried to fight him he pulled a sword out of his chest but then he killed me, dose that mean i was close to beating him??

no thats his second form and he now has more health. try saving all of your aeons overdrives until he pulls the sword

ok, so then how many forms dose he have or are those the only 2

only 2 forms and if you have double cast use it on the pillars

I might have a solution. Use armor break, magic break, and bio. you can doublecast flare if you have it, if not, I think demi works i think? does it? Osmose then if neither, but Lulu must have the osmose cuz her magic is higher than everyone else. Make sure you have stoneproof armor cuz his ject beam will petrify you, and you will shatter in the second stage of the fight. You can also use protect and shell. Holy is useful too if you have it.

If you have by ANY chance ur aeons in overdrive and have ANY of the legendary weapons, USE THE AEONS FOR THE SECOND FIGHT!! I used Shiva, 45k DAMAGE FROM HER OVERDRIVE, INSANE!! She does more damage than my Anima which did 30k-lame i know.

To defeat the aeons, just use holy attack, very effective and can instantly ko them if their hp isn't higher than 9999. if not, doublecast flare or just flare or osmose.

For Yu Yevon, cast reflect on him so he doesn't heal himself. Take out the two annoying things beside him too if you can, he can't really kill you cuz he uses idk, but it takes only half ur hp every time.

If your characters die, then you will be automatically revived. I never died during the aeons and yu yevon, but just saying cuz i kept healing myself and saw that all my ppl have auto life and thought WTF!?!?!

I know, but in case someone wants too look for an answer here, they can just look in here for a really good answer.

I guess most people that played this game finished the Sphere Grid, had Break Damage Limit and used FAQ though the course of the game, huh? I didn't even knew Break Damage Limit existed in FFX until now...

No wonder why I thought that battle was so hardcore, I got dizimated at my first two tries. On my last try, after revising most of my strategies, I was the one that dizimated the boss.:kirbywalk:
