Use something like cube media player and mfaudio, should be easy to find the interleave on easy 2 channel adpcm's the ps2's format. However some games nowadays have multichannel adpcms' which are hard near impossible to rip without hex editing knowledge, i don' have those but ask kataah from the gamingforce forums, he has a thread there.
