I'm not sure if this is the track you're referring to, but the song that plays in the seconds leading up to Vegito being turned into candy is called "Goku's Dream," and is track No. 11 on the Best of DBZ V. 5.
As for your other request, the music for the first sixty-some episodes (all of season 1, and season 2 up to Ginyu Assault) was composed by someone other than Faulconer and is not available on CD. The Japanese BGM (the preset music on the season sets) is available in a 3-disc collection, though some tracks stem from DragonBall and its movies, the music for which is available in the 5-disc Daizenshuu set, discs 2 and 5, I believe. Much of the music from Ginyu Assault on through to the end of the series from the dub is available on the remainder of Faulconer's CDs. Actually, the complete Ginyu Theme was edited out of the season box, as it only appeared at the beginning of the original version of Ginyu Assault, which was in fact the end of the previous episode, and ... well, it gets confusing from here.
In short, the music for seasons 1 & 2 for the Funimation tv dub is basically unavailable, and the music from 3 onward is generally available on CDs.
Here is a link to a website that has a large collection of the CDs available for download. I did not upload these, and I actually own all of the Faulconer CDs as they are available domestically, but if you're looking for certain tracks, this is probably your best bet.
