Does anybody remember "The Disney Afternoon"? It would always be one of those after school television line ups. I can't remember what channel it was on (either 6 or 10 if my memory serves me right).

I remember the first line-up being Gummi Bears, Duck Tales, TaleSpin, and Chip & Dale Rescue Rangers.

Then the second line-up I remember was all the same as the ones I've listed above, except with Darkwing Duck replacing Gummi Bears. I wasn't too keen on that, but Darkwing Duck became one of my favorites.

This article might explain it more.

Yep, they're the Chimpmunks alright (no not Alvin and the Chipmunks) ;). There was also two comrades they had that were mice. One was the female named Gadget who had the long strawberry blonde hair with the purple jumpsuit and the blue goggles and the othe one was the large fat mouse with the mustache, beige coat, and turtle neck sweater (I think his name was Monty).

Not sure if we had the exact same thing, but I remember watching most of those programs after school and stuff. Those were the days, with quality TV for kids, instead of all the rubbish that's on now. Or maybe its just because I'm older...

Bonkers, Darkwing, Talespin, and Goof Troop kept me going after those long school days :D

Was never big into either Bonkers or Goof Troop. Darkwing, DuckTales, TaleSpin and perhaps to some degree Rescue Rangers I rather liked, though.

Lol I remember when I was a kid I was very obsessed (not in a bad way) with Darkwing Duck XD. I also remember the time when Playmates made action figures of Darkwing Duck and Talespin and I collecting all the Darkwing Duck action figures and had the Molly figure of Talespin. Only now I wish I had taken better care of them lol XD.

Oh and I also remember they had mini figures of Darkwing Duck, Tale Spin, Duck Tales, Chip n' Dale Rescue Rangers, and Gummi Bears as one of those cereal prize toys in cereal boxes.

Tifa Rinoa, if you PM me, I have a collection of fanart and a couple of fan files from a mailing list I used to be subscribed to that I really think you might enjoy.

The Gummi Bears!? They had a cartoon?

I remember watching that everyday after school:
Ducktales, Chip N' Dales' Rescue rangers, then Tailspin.

What I remember was Ducktales getting pushed earlier - I never got home on time to watch it, and Darkwing Duck replacing it's timeslot.

After that it changed to: Rescue Rangers, Darkwing Duck, Tail Spin, and Goof Troop

Finally with the advent of the more mature shows like the obnoxious Tiny Toons/Animaniacs/Histeria, and the more serious Power Rangers, Spider-man, X-men, Batman, and Superman, they brought out Bonkers, Gargoyles and The Mighty Ducks.

I used to have the Molly, Col. Spigot (sp) and one of Con Carnage's Sky Pirates, but sadly they're gone. I used to have some of the Gummi Bears minis, and they were like authentic from Disney Land or something but I lost them at the Hotel when I moved from Germany back in '90. *sigh* I hate how careless I was as a kid :(

I used to watch the Disney Afternoon all the time as a kid.
Some of my favorites where Darkwing Duck, Goof Troop and Tales Spin.
I watched Bonkers, but I wasn't really into as compared to other shows...

Oh man. Talespin was teh SHIT. I wanted a toy of Balou's plane SO BAD.

Chip & Dale wasn't half bad either. Especially with Monterey Jack and Gadget.

Okay, may as well --- http://agent0042.fileburst.com/daft.zip for that art and files I mentioned before.

Or http://members.aol.com/honywumpus/welcome.htm if you want to bypass the middleman, but I'm not sure how much of it still works.

Nope... As for those cartoons, I only really remember Darkwing Duck and Chip & Dale Rescue Rangers...though I do remember the Gargoyles cartoon...don't remember specific name.

I stumbled across this gem of a website last night during my usual occurance of insomnia and managed to find the Goof Troop, Gummi Bears, Darkwing Duck, and Talespin themesongs. I'm sure there are more but I didn't linger too long, I mostly downloaded all of the Power Rangers themesongs :D

TaleSpin is still such a freaking awesome show. I loved it as a kid, and too bad it's never on anymore! But that is why you have Torrents!

I was also crazy about "Chip & Dale Rescue Rangers". I remember this show was on just before "TaleSpin", so it was an hour in heaven for me as a kid.

Does anyone remember this old show in the 90's where they showed three people, I think one female, and two other males who were filming in Disneyland and they would introduce old Disney cartoons? I think it was called Mickey's Toontown.

But I remember when they had those cartoons every afternoon.

I remember Duck Tales, Chip and Dale Rescue Rangers, Tale Spin and Darkwing Duck.

Darkwing Duck: Disney's answer to The Batman mixed with campy humor. Good times, good times.
