If all goes well i should have this by tonight. Another interesting thing is that this game uses FMOD audio and different layers for each FMOD song bank. Its gonna take time to combine these layers, should be pretty easy and not as complicated as splinter cell.

bye.

Extraction is done, now all i gotta do is combine the layers in the songs.

I would guess that the layers correspond to "bass/rhythm", "guitar", and "vocals"?

In a sense, you could get instrumentals of every song, couldn't you?

Unfortunatly no, the vocals are interlaced witth the drum tracks so its impossible to isolate those.

But yes the current layers that were in the fmod files are for example

takethislife_guitar.mp3
takethislife_preview.mp3
takethislife_rhythm.mp3
takethislife_song.mp3

The layers that need to be combined are guitar, and song only. the rythm track doesn't go to well with the song, just added bass that interrupts the song.

But once the layers are combined it turns into this.

Takethislife_Mix.wav

I have to do this for 73 more files now.

Oh well, what would you need Karaoke version for anyways.
I doubt anyone is going to request "In The Belly Of A Shark" at a party anyways. But nice work though!

I was going to rip this long ago but aspyr encrypted the fmod files in a weak key, at the time was no tool, but somebody at scorehero forums posted an fsb decrypter and then that worked.
