It's actually been quite a while since I ripped this music, and it's about time I've done something with it. After I ripped the music from the game disk, that gave me 345 separate clips ranging from 2 seconds to nearly 6 minutes, so then I arranged most of these individual clips into songs.
For arranging these tracks, I didn't try to make them exactly as they might appear in-game, but rather arrange them in ways that make more sense musically. I didn't apply any sort of mastering or EQ on the tracks, only volume level changes.
Tools used:
ripping: 010 Editor, MFAudio, Goldwave, Microsoft Excel (believe it or not)
upsampling & arranging: Cubase SX 3
mp3 encoding: LAME v3.95, preset V0

� Regarding tracks 1-16, 1-21, 2-19, 3-14, 3-16, the first segment of 3-08, and the last segments of 1-13, 2-03, and 3-09: I haven't heard them in-game, but I thought they were important anyway.
� Level 4: Blackout was not included, because the only bit of music is used in another level.
