a) A picture of the Supreme Kai out of Dragon Ball Z

b) Any decent sites of any anime?

For finding images, I suggest you try the images resource thread in Site & Forum Help.

As for anime sites.. www.anipike.com. THE anime/manga sites source. ;)

For images I suggest that you go to Google Images and search there. That's what I use when I need to look up picts.

Search engines are you're best bet, as well as all the image sites that have been posted in the thread that Nymph suggested.
