Great job, but how is it possible to have it in 320kbps when the game only has it in 128kbps to start with?

Audio Converter. Honestly, I don't know if there's a difference in sound quality, when ever I slice music together, I just convert it the too 320, it's a reflex I guess.

Converting something from say 128 to 320 does nothing to the quality, it just wastes a ton of space on your hard drive. Converting from 128 to 320 just adds another 192kb of data per second to the track, but it obviously can't improve the quality as there's "nothing" to improve it with if that makes sense.

Save hard drive space for more music, keep stuff at it's original bit rate! :)

Some say it decreases quality.

If it's with an iffy encoder then it very well could. Most of the time though it will just keep the original music data and add lost of blank bits of data but that still increases the file size.

Hey, I understand that, but just use a good encoder once you're done and recovert down to 128 and you shouldn't notice a difference. Most editing programs have bad encoders packaged with them, so using other software such as winLAME afterwards is a great idea! ;)
