nope, i dont have any cinematic files, and probobly if i would rip of those sounds, the sound quality would sound horrible...

Personally, I find Dark World an enormous let-down. The song got so much potential, and yet they give us an Animal Crossing-like song.

EDIT: K I tried downloading all of the game rips and it seems the only ones that worked for me are the kirby ones and the Fire Emblem song...the other ones downloaded but the file is 0kb.

If anyone is interested I'm downloading the game now via a Torrent.

After I have downloaded it (which will take 2 or 3 days depending on the number seeders), I will have a dig around and see if I can find the music from the game, convert them and upload them for you guys.

If someone wants to do it themselves, then that's fine by me.

Edit: Personally, I'd prefer doing something useful seeming as I now have Adobe Audition to play about with.

As you may know, it will take a while for me to sort this out as I have done this only a few times with several PS2 games (i.e. RE4, SD!vsRaw and HSF2)

Yeah, "Menu 1" is the Menu music from SSBM and now in Brawl, you can fight on the stage Battlefield with this song. The new menu music is the arranged version of the SSBB Theme (Nobuo Uematsu and Shogo Sakai :) )

The Hyrule Field theme sounds great, but I was wondering about the actual sound quality. It seems a bit ... hollow. For those with a hold of the ISO, you might know this by know, but by using in_cube (http://www.hcs64.com/in_cube.html), you can rip various music file formats with this Winamp plugin. However, in order for you to get a hold of the files on the disk you would need to decrypt the ISO with a program such as WiiTools (http://www.tehskeen.com/forums/showthread.php?t=6129)...

I would do it myself, but I don't have the game (and my college blocks torrent ports...)

This is not the original game iso (maybe a demo, or a fake). A lot of sources say that the original game came out with a double layer disc. So 4,11 GB (which is normal for one layer) can't be realistic.

Actually, that's the one I'm using right now. For a game this massive, I think 4.11 GB fits the bill. I haven't heard anything that it came as a double-layer disc. Hmm... I'll get this one and see what's going on. I'll let you guys know in... Two days or so?

As for the torrent, whenever it says Credit Card and Free in one sentance but leaves out the word 'NOT', it's obviously fake, you wouldn't give up a credit card nr. for something free! Or at least, not for something you wouldn't regret later on because they rip off all your money >.<

Ok, seems pretty bleak to me, because all the Torrents I'm finding have files, in particular the .RAR, that are all password locked and requires the whole signing up method to get into them. If someone is willing to get the password once the ISO is finished, I think we can work fast enough to get the songs up running ASAP. Or at least, have someone open one of these files and check if it's real or not. There is an unlocked version, but as Iwares pointed out, there are no seeds for it at the moment.

Anyone have a friend in Japan willing to help with the ripping? Oo;;;

Anyway, thanks for letting me know about that I knew instantly the download was bogus when I checked the compressed file which came up with a password.

Like I said, I would go for the original torrent I found but mostly likely there are still no seeders. It's like the guy posted the torrent and went AWOL leaving everyone to suffer.

Now here's what would make people's lives easier:
1) Get someone who has the game in Japan to make an iso and put it in a compressed file like the one in the torrent mentioned.
2) Afterwards they can help everyone out by seeding.

I know I'm just going on but, doesn't everyone want these songs?

I'm sure somewhere in the tubes of the internet there's someone who's working very hard to rip the music off Brawl. Until that glorious day comes in March, or sooner if someone gets the game and can do it directly, I can enjoy these badass tracks.

Thusfar, the Starfox 64 Remix and Gourmet Race are my two favorites.

There are several more tracks that I've heard through other videos, including the following from the F-Zero franchise:

These have been remixed (Though I am not so sure about the last two. Sounds like direct copies from the original game). As for the torrents... Nothing new is popping up...

Man, I'm so pumped to hear the soundtrack in this game. I really hope someone can pull off some sort of a rudimentary Rip for us. Even if that does not include unlocked songs. star wolf theme doesnt seem to work for me

A few of those songs don't work for me. Namely the Athletic Theme, Star Wolf Theme, and the SMW Title and Ending. They're in some weird format for me...
