does anyone know of any great co-op games for PC?
something along the lines of diablo II IN CONCEPT. but does NOT have to be rpg or whatever. genre doesn't matter. just being able to have 2 pc's in a network, playing through what would nromally be the single player story/campaign of a game with a friend would be totally awesome.
i just recently found out about "sven-coop" which is a mod to make the original half life co-operative. i played through it with my bro and we had a ton of fun.
would love it if you guys could help me compile a list of good pc games that have co-op mode over lan like that.
i'll add a few that i know of already to get things started for anyone else interested.
Diablo II (i think part I as well)
I heard you can do it with Age of Empires, but maybe they meant lan games and i'm looking for being able to play the story/campaign not just join lan games with no story or nothing.
in the rpg world. Dungeon Siege can do it i think. (the reason i bought it long ago and got a confirm from another forum)
and thanks to sven-coop. Half Life can do it as well.
ps. i would definately love more fps's but i'll take ANY genre.
thanks in advance. :)
