They're basically similar to the music of Resident Evil: Code Veronica in a way, the last one reminds me of FFX's main theme somehow.

Well, I can honestly say I haven't heard many soundtracks with that kind of sound to it, but you could try Abandoner - The Severed Dreams Soundtrack. It kind of has a similar atmospheric sound to the samples you provided.
