I second that mega man request. I would also like to see Rygar or perhaps just for some amusment, the guy from Lode Runner. I think the idea of a character that can desolve the ground in front of him in an instant and causing his opponent to suddenly plummet to thier demises would be a lot of laughs for me. imo.

I was talking to Prak about this earlier. Not about characters we'd like to see in Brawl, but the name popped up in our discussions during the day. But I would like to see one of the battletoads. Zitz, Rash, and Pimple are their names, right?

I had a silly idea that is totaly random but I think would actualy work. I want to see the old NES console as an unlockable character. How cool would it be to see it standing there swinging a joypad and shooting the zapper.

I want to see Snap, Crackle and Pop.

Dark Samus, I think, would make a good alternate model/coloration for Samus. But once the suit breaks, what would be beneath it? The skeleton thing in MP2, or perhaps, a big blob of phazon pulp?

Honestly, I can't think of any more characters I'd like to see in Super Smash Brothers Brawl that haven't been announced. I'm not sure why Lucas stole the limelight in this one, so I guess I'd like to see Ness come back.

I think a neat little twist that they should add is letting you use your mii's after you beat the game.

I think ROB is in - not as a playable character though. If I remember, it showed you him setting up the Subspace bombs for the enemy in one of the game's trailers.
