I know, it's nothing special, but alas, I did it anyhow.

Every tune in the Sakray client, from 01 to 153 and 998 + 999.
Specially added are the Moonlight mix from the Log-In Screen ("Theme"), and the second theme of Lutie, "Christmas in Love", as well. Enjoy!

Game: Ragnarok Online
Platform(s): PC
Genre(s): MMORPG

If the CD quality is too bad for you, I doubt any other rip will be magically better.

Reuploaded and updated for your convenience. I don't have the current bard/dancer jingles up to date, and forgot where I put the old ones, so I dropped those. I could try to find them if desired.

Please let me know if one of the tracks is corrupted!

How is that possible? CD quality is the highest quality music can be in commercially. If your actual CD sounds bad because of scratches and can't play, thats one thing, but if its fine and sounds bad then its supposed to sound bad. No other format of the same album will make a difference. Of course you made that post 3 years ago so its not like it really matters anymore.

GameRip postIs there anything your Gamerip has that the Official OST collection does not have? If so, wouldn't it be better to just include those in downloads separate from the entire thing?

Also how do you feel about lossless rips?

Is there anything your Gamerip has that the Official OST collection does not have?

I don't know Official Official Soundtracks, but on the Official Soundtracks, there are a LOT of songs that aren't in there, but the rip has. It's currently about 20 tracks from the never updates since the huge 5 CD OST that was released a few years ago.

That's pretty much the case anyway, my rars are split up separately (not those .part-things), but no, I'm not gonna upload another version of part 2.

Also how do you feel about lossless rips?

I don't do lossless things, and since the game's soundtrack is already coming in 80kbps and used with that bitrate in-game, converting it to FLAC would just be retarded. There's simply no way to increase the quality of this gamerip because that's how it is.

Although, it might be worth the while just to troll you with 80kbps tracks that are 20 MB per song. :3

Also, funny how you want another upload to include the newer songs despite the fact that the entire gamerip of like 150ish songs is only 280 MB, and part 2 specifically about 80 MB which includes all the songs missing from the OST and then some, yet you want me to upload it in FLAC which would have like 20 parts.

Maybe I'm mistaken then. I always thought FLAC was like VBR in a way, not that the bitrate changes, but the because all the empty space is compressed, or thats probably wrong. And by lossless I mean no-loss from gamerip, not CD quality. I know that actual game music for most games is never truly lossless. And by Gamerip, I thought you meant like hacking/ripping the actual music files, not record in-game. And I wouldn't be trolled all that much. I have a pretty big hardddrive. I'm comming to the "end" of my collecting needs and I've only hit 200GB. Still another 700 to go.

And lastly, how do you feel about ripping Ragnarok 2? The Gate of the new World project is long-dead and if I recall, some of the music never made it to Legend of the 2nd. RO2 music I feel doesn't get enough attention. Supposably I have a RO2 Music"ripping" program but I don't know how it works >_>
I found it last year. I often search for RO2 music every half-year, and as far as I know, you have to rip the music from the actual music files. If you or someone did manage to compile a complete collection of RO2 music, I'd say they'd have some pretty big bragging rights because other sharing sites lack such an archive. The official soundtrack has only 20 tracks, and I can find that album multiple times on multiple sites. But everything else seems amiss.

The music isn't higher quality in-game than the soundfiles it uses. This is the best quality you'll get, as this is the music files directly taken and tagged - converting them to lossless would just make them bigger, but have no improvement in sound quality.

I don't have Ragnarok 2 so I cannot rip it.
