Marlboro's are dangerous if you don't know what you're doing before coming accross them so with that they deserve a little respect and for me and certainly aren't the most annoying, imo.

Amongst the most annoying are any of the level one card monsters, Funguar, Geezard, Red Bat and Gayla's etc. Perhaps the most annoying monster of all time is the Tonberry simply because it can take such a long time to dispose of and can be pretty lethal if you let it get too close ;)

Agreed, and to be fair, Tonberry are a waste of time after you obtain Tonberry King.
But yeh, Bite Bugs and Geezards are a complete waste of time later on...

Tonberry King is about as useful as a chocolate fireguard in battle too. Good job he makes up it with his abilities.

And the worst next to Malboro: 1 Torama and 2x Imp

Why? 'Cause until I learned StatDef-Jx4, I witnessed the Torama casting confuse on my party, and the Imps casting Berserk before I could whip out an Esuna or Treatment. I got Game Overs practically cause of them.

Tri-Face seriously screwed me up a couple times. Oh, yes Toramas and Imps were a pain. A Ruby Dragon could seriously screw you up if you weren't careful.

And yes, Malboros get on just about everyone's nerves.

Marlboros were my nemesis. Reset until I get the required tenticles (stop dying).

A pair of Grendels give you a decent amount of EXP though ;) Well worth it if you combine ST-ATT with Zombie and use Revive on them. Peice of cake.

I've had another though about annoying monsters (though not technically a monster!) Odin. Why is it that Zantetsuken only seems to happen when you don't want it to!? :)

One time I went to the Island Closest to Heaven to see how powerful the monsters were but I didn't want to level up yet. So I saved then went into a battle and Odin killed them. xD

Good old Odin is alive and kicking on mine. Simply leave getting him until the fourth disc and you don't have to put up with the shiteness that is Gilgamesh. Job's a good'n.

Malbaro fights are really exciting though. Fights with low level monsters are annoying as shit. And grendels too. Leveling up on Island Closest to Hell was so boring because of them. I wanted more Ruby Dragons and Malbaros.

Am I the only one who faced a LVL 100 T-Rex w/o a GF or Magic? Or a Lvl 100 Chimera for that matter?

Marbolo is the worst friggin' thing ever created. The only way I've ever beaten it (w/o Odin) is with Quistis+Initiative+Degenerator, and even that takes a huge amount of luck, as Marbolo tends to ALWAYS have the first hit.

Tonberrys. They suck so hard. It took me FOREVER to get Tonberry King. It got to the point where I had to add up the damage I did to him with a calculator to see if I was close to being done. I kept saying to myself, "is he really worth it?" Then I see his abilities and go :D

Malboros, those are annoying as hell if you aren't prepared.
Even when I was, they still were.
Other annoying enemies are the Tornberrys, and the small weak enemies, like Bite Bugs.

Well, I once faced one without using GFs. I had Curse magic junctioned to Squall's Attack, so whenever I attacked it, it got Blinded, Poisoned and Silenced. xD

I think my least favourite would be Wendigo because of his annoyingly long executed moves that does considerable damage.
