Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's Gustaf...and yeah, his soundtrack from Knights of the Temple is simply beautiful!

Uff, el problema es que para ripear la OST tienes que ir pasandote el juego, y asi como van saliendo los temas los vas grabando. Hay juegos que en las opciones de sonido te permiten escuchar las canciones, The Darkness no tiene esa opci�n...por eso lleva horas de trabajo ripear la banda sonora entera la verdad U_U.
Quiz�s haya quedado en calidad aguda, yo es que no soy ning�n entendido en el tema tampoco

Si, ahora estaba escuchando algunos temas y si suenan un pel�n agudos, aunque como yo lo escucho con un dolby surround al PC y le subo los graves a tope se oye genial, jeje.
Para el rip, uso el Loop recorder, nada m�s. La verdad es que no tiene muchas opciones de configuraci�n, igual por eso ha quedado la OST un tanto aguda, o igual porque no se utilizar las opciones que lleva, todo hay que decirlo

Sobre Loop recorder, mmm, una versi�n buena... no se, es que bajes la que bajes podr�s utilizarlo un mes de prueba, a no ser que pagues o que te lo bajes con alg�n crack para utilizarlo siempre que quieras, claro. He mirado en mis programas, pero no me pone que versi�n del programa es la que tengo, XD

Gracias a ti por el inter�s, de molestia ninguna^^. Yo tambi�n buscaba como loco la OST de este juegazo, pero no la encontraba por ninguna parte, por eso me decid� a ripearla yo mismo. Lo mismo me pas� con Zelda Twilight Princess, que estaba tan ansioso por su banda sonora que la ripe�, XDD. Ser impaciente es un problema, XDD
Ahora estaba ripeando tambi�n la OST de Eternal Sonata pero no creo que la termine, el juego me est� aburriendo mucho. Empez� bastante bien pero ha ido perdiendo mucho... ya no me dan ganas ni de jugar y solo llevo unas 7 horas de juego... Y claro, si no me voy pasando el juego no puedo ir grabando los temas.

Claro.. es el problema yo tampoco me pase el darkness estoy justo despues de haber estado en el inframundo y haber visitado a la tia sarah.. tengo que vencer un maldito policia corrupto me quede ahi.. pero es que las canciones de accion de cuando luchas y eso me encantaban.. heavy puro ^^

Vaya, al parecer no termin� de convencerte el juego. En fin, esto todo son gustos, para mi es de lo mejor que he jugado en Xbox360, me encantan sus gr�ficos, su jugabilidad, su m�sica, como se desarrolla su historia, de forma poco com�n para ser un shooter... en fin, que me encanta el juego, XD

It is in stereo, but i think he meant higher bitrate. like 192k or more.

All i want from the darkness game is all the action music. especially the guitar/orchestral pieces

Haven't had time for a proper rip of the demo as im playing assassins creed and ripping UT2007, but i will get to it.

No problem, we can be patient.

Halfway ripping the demo, I figured out how to isolate some of the music. If i want ambient, then i stay away from fights, if i want tense, i have to get a little closer to a fight, if i want normal action music, then battle without the demons, if i want heavy action with guitars then i fight with demons enabled, same thing with tense, its kinda tricky, but its the only way since starbreeze won't release any tracks which is a downright shame.

yeah it is. i just luv the heavy metal rips from this game cuz they're awesome

Jenny's theme is downright amazing. It may be one of my favorite game tracks of all time.

a good tip in order to capture the heavy guitar pices, is to send the demons out and then when the music is at a good, heavy tone pause it and the music will still play. then you can capture the good parts of the action music

But its not complete as its missing stealth tracks and the quality is not that great because i ripped it from crappy soundcard.

Guys I think this is different from the one that is in the game. For example I listened to Action (Hard) - Part 4 and where the aria scene comes in I can't hear that good, charming guitar in the background... I miss it! :(
