This is a rare album from 1994, featuring the talents of Motoaki Takenouchi, Takayuki Aihara, Hitoshi Sakimoto, Ayako Saso, Hayato Matsuo and others. It isn't a game soundtrack - more like a side project by a snafu of game music composers.

I'm interested in finding this, too. But like you, I haven't found it either. I haven't even been able to find Aihara's "Carnival" solo album.
