For a long time I have been looking for an Air Force Delta (Dreamcast) soundtrack. I have looked on here, multiple times, but if it is available already, please forgive me. I have the game (the original, legal copy), hence I have tried to get the music myself, but to no avail. Is there anyone at all, out there that has the soundtrack, .wav rips, something, anything, to the original Air Force Delta soundtrack? I would be much appreciative if anyone can point me in the right direction. I have even tried torrents, I get nothing.

Thanks. :)

He posted in another AFD thread that he couldn't find it. :(

I have the game itself, and I have a powerful PC. What software do I need to get crackin (literally)?

I did some research and it looks like the least expensive way to do it is buy one of these:

According to the site (http://gamemusic.emugaming.com/tutorial_ripping.php) you need to plug the cables into the red and white slots on the TV audio out slots and then plug the input plug into your computer's mic input slot. Then you start the music off the game and use recording software to record from TV to computer. The software is easy to find and its often free. I think some windows computers have a record feature by default. I found one free program from that site that works nicely for editing clips. All I need is to find one of these darn cables at a radioshack or something.

I'm to the point I'll take anything I can get. I have the game, I am willing to buy a soundtrack, but at this point it's so frustrating, I'll be willing to grab anything :)

Liberator13th's Air Force Delta Rip Review:

I have been searching for the AFD soundtrack extensively for quite sometime. I looked here, torrents, even resorted to amazon, japan imports, whatever you can think of, I looked. I was more than willing to purchase a copy long ago, sadly, a soundtrack (to my knowledge) was never released.

Lib13 has done quite an impressive job with this rip. For the first time, I have not seen a finer rip. This has organization, a big plus. Everything's done in 128 bit mp3. Not the highest bitrate, then again AFD was not composed with a live orchestra, so that's not a big deal.

Anyone wishing to follow and join the ripping community needs to take note of this soundtrack. Being as this is the only way you can that I know of, I suggest you grab it while you can. I can't wait for the next release Lib13!

More soon :)
