I made the unfortunate mistake of stating the reason I was uploading to SendSpace and MegaUpload, which they were able to construe into "personal gains." I also shared my links to everywhere I could think of to get more hits, and that resulted in the terminations of my Myspace, LiveJournal, deviantArt, and Facebook accounts. At this time, I don't think I'm going to be sued since I haven't received any formal notifications, just e-mails.

If I've learned anything, it's to not be as promiscuous with sharing files, and to never share any mainstream rock music.
