where do you get it first off... its been a while
chocobo square in gold saucer...
you have to race an A or an S class chocobo to have the chance to win it. it'd probably be easier trying to morph sephiroth, lol.
It doesn't take THAT long. Then again, I enjoy racing, so maybe it's all just perception.
