hey once you leave medgar go the the right of your screen and you shud hit mountans after the you go down and there shud b another like of mounts you can get past just keep heading to the lower right corner of your screen and you should hit a barn-like thing, to catch chocobos you need alot of herbs i think there called or is it greens...any way you buy them from the barn-thing, oh and for a tip the cheaper greens last longer and the bird wont run as soon, and DONT attack them...incase you didnt know. just get back to me if this dont work,

Mideel is that island at the eastern, southern end of the map. More properly, it's that string of islands, but you're going to want to look for the Chocobo tracks in the green areas on the western end of that island. That's to say, the island at the bottom right-hand side of the map, and the left-hand side of the island.

I imagine you have the airship already, otherwise you wouldn't be breeding Chocobos yet? You've probably been to Mideel before, then.
