Sorry if this isn't the place to but this, but...
I have a problem with my 30 GB Fifth Generation (a.k.a. Video iPod) iPod. Everytime I try to copy a new song onto my iPod, it copies then continues with the little swirly sync symbol that appears whenever something is downloading. This problem has persisted for about three days now, and, after scouring Apple's official site on how to troubleshoot it (with no results, obviously, because the site seems intent on praising itself rather than fixing any actual problems), I've decided to ask around.
Anyways, the problem started about a week, and when I go to eject the iPod (because the swirly symbol doesn't go away even after half an hour of waiting) it says it is still syncing. I can eject the iPod without all of my songs being erased or something crazy like that, but the new songs that I want copied do not show up on my iPod after ejection because they haven't finished syncing.
I was wondering if anyone knows what my problem is or knows how to fix it. Oh, and I'm running Windows Vista, if that helps. Thanks!
EDIT: Also, if I choose to eject my iPod under those conditions, iTunes freezes up and I'm forced to close it. My iPod, however, runs smoothly after the ejection, like I've said. And yes, I have the latest version of iTunes.
