I have just dowloaded a game by using Azureus, but I can't play it and the file names are odd.

They are like this:
One file= game.I00
Second file= game.I01
Third file= game.I02
Fourth file= game.I03
And last file= game.MDS

Anyone have any clue about this please tell me

2. DVD Shrink file. An ISO (DVD) image that has been split into multiple parts by DVD Shrink in order to overcome limitations on the maximum file size imposed by the limitations of FAT 32 file systems. Each file is approximately 1GB in side, subsequent files will be .i01, .i02 etc and there should also be a .mds file that contains information on the parts.

Is there a Google outside of the internet? IRL, I talk to other people, heh.

There's also books and newspapers.

What if I could just bring up a Google window in mid-air and poke it?

I have a piece of technology that is pretty close to that.

I whip out my PDA-phone and access google from it. Poking around a touchscreen is close enough ^_^

If you're being re-directed to a government's webpage, chances are it's because said government does not want you to have full access to the internet. I'd check to see if you can find approved search engines. However, it may be difficult/impossible to get the information you need if you can't access all the big name search engines.
