What do you mean continue?
You download the first zipped file, then, after you're finished downloading, you reset yer router .

If you're talking about the problem, in which even using my instructions didn't reset your IP ,then , I am afraid you might have been assigned a static IP from your ISP. Thank luck that in my country , they dont put static IP into home ADSL accounts. Lol.
Sorry if you have a static IP there are two solutions. Pay or wait.
Hmm..I never pay for these things though. It's theft. I mean, we download music that we didnt buy, and yet we have to pay? That sucks.
Oh, there is another "solution" but it never worked for me.
Try www.hidemyass.com and it might help...
