Well, put the disc in your comp and rip the songs. You can use whatever media player you've got (there's a rip/upload/import songs command somewhere).
Once you've got the songs on your computer, find the folder where they're all at (or put them in one). Now it's time to compress. You can right-click on the folder, pick "send to" and "compress to BloodGameOST.zip" (or whatever you call your folder). When that's done, your icon will be a folder with a zipper on it - that's the file you upload.
Take your pick of upload sites - I like MediaFire (
http://www.mediafire.com/) b/c it's super easy to use. If your file is more than 100Mb, which it might be, try another site like Sendspace (
http://www.sendspace.com/) or Rapidshare (
http://www.rapidshare.de/) or Megaupload (
http://www.megaupload.com/) or Badongo (
http://www.badongo.com/) - there's a whole bunch of sites you can use. You'll just hit the "browse" button and find your zip file, then hit "upload". When that's done, copy your link and paste it in a post.
I think I covered everything, but if you're confused about anything, just ask.
