I just played the Ratatouille's demo last day, and it seems that, just like for the Indredibles game, the music is adapted from the movie, offering a whole new soundtrack ! Anyone has heard about it ?
So, I'm looking for the Ratatouille VG soundtrack, and the 2 Incredibles games soundtrack. On Chris Tilton's website, it seems that there would be promo discs of 40 and 30 min.
