I've seen a video with the same audio, but different visuals (no Evangelion charactres), but I can't remember when and what. I think I've also seen it with a different anime as well.

Yeah, this audio has floated around the net for a while now - years probably.

I remember hearing this audio when I was a high school Freshman seven years ago, and I don't think it was "new" then.
