E3 starts tomorrow and we can only speculate what we're gonna see there. Will there be a playable demo of, MGS, FFXIII, Killzone and the new Ratchet & Clank ?_?

Heard about this a few days ago. Good news I guess, although I have a bad feeling that PAL PS3s won't see nearly the same price drop (PS3s already being significantly more expensive here then in the US).

$500? No chance. Maybe if it gets into the price range of $300. I really hope that Katamari comes to the Wii though.

Katamari could work very well on the Wii, but I'm not putting my hopes up until official confirmation.

A $100 is still $100.

But if Sony keeps letting exclusives scamper off to other consoles that are cheaper, it kinda makes $500 seem not worth it. I might still get one in the future.

'RIIIIIIIDGE Racer!', 'Giant enemy crabs', 'real time weapon change!' and 'hit weakspot for massive damage!' were really the only reason why I enjoyed there last E3 announcements. There were so many legendary quotes.

Yeah.. I was planning on getting one anyway when FFXIII came out, but now it just makes it easier when the time comes to get it. I look forward to it, but I'm about to change duty locations so the money is a little broke right now.

I do not deny your love of Suikoden. For me whatever system gets Brawl = GAME OVER FOR EVERYBODY ELSE so the Wii is automatically #1, but the fight for #2 in my heart is currently being dominated by the 360 since games like BioShock are so amazing looking.

I am pretty sure there'll be more of a variety on the PS3, and if not the PS3 then perhaps the Wii since I'm just guessing the 360 ain't as big of a hit as either of them in Japan. The PS3 gives me more of what I would want since any FPS and the like are games I really don't enjoy.

Besides sport games, Suikoden VI is probably the only other game I would want for my non-Wii console.

My choice relies ONLY on Suikoden VI. If both the PS3 and 360 don't have it, and it goes to the Wii, it's entirely possible that I'll get neither just BECAUSE.

beautiful Katamari.... don't know words to describe it, I just wouldn't play it, I'm down for puzzle/Strategy games, but that one just looks plain. Also I doubt it would make much money on the PS3.

Now what's good about these games:
Ninja Gaiden Sigma- a fun ninja based action game that if I remember correctly started on the NES/SNES
Lair- An action game where you can fight atop of dragons, or fight dragons, highly defined dragons, who's fire can scorch the field.
Gran Turismo Hd concept-self explanatory, a long-lived, great racing Sim, gone HD
Heavenly Sword- A new hack and slash, with a female protaganist.

It sucks that the PS3 is losing so many exclusives. Right now there are a couple of games that I"d like to get.

Untold Legends (been a fan of the PSP versions and I know they didn't change much for the PS3, but for me that's a good thing. I liked the formula used for the PSP versions)

Lair: Looks bad ass, and I've always wanted a game that involved dragon riding.

yeah, the blu ray drive on the ps3 is more expensive than the 360's dvd drive. but slower. but they had to use a cheapo blu ray drive to prevent the price from getting even higher.

Scratch Ninja Gaiden Sigma off of your list because, if I remember correctly, that's a re-rerelease of Ninja Gaiden for the Xbox. The game is not exclusive if it has already been released on a previous console, especially one from current gen or last gen. RE4, MGS Twin Snakes, and Castlevania Chronicles fall in this category as well. At least, that's my rule.

Unreal Tournament III confirmed as PS3 exclusive this year -- another timed exclusive.

So basically, they bought exclusive rights to UTIII for a year to combat Halo 3. Kinda lazy solution, but it just might work.
