Is it me or does anyone else think that this guy makes really great music. Especially his work in hitman and freedom fighters?

He's great. I've got Hitman: Blood Money's main theme on my Ipod. I can't stop listening to it. Everything Kyd touches sounds just epic.

I love the music he composed for Freedom Fighters, especially the ones where the Hungarian Radio Choir are singing in it too. ^_^ I even have the Main Title song and a few others on my iPod as well.

Im tryign to find other works by him wheather it be rare tracks or demo CD's other game OSTS he has composed. Im a fan.

I like his compositions, but I know him best for his DDR songs.

Jesper is easily my favorite musician. When I found out he was making music for UT3 I was very happy.
Hopefully he can make his music as moody as it is in Hitman.

and Geoff Zanelli (Disturbia, Into the West...) is the new Remote Control composer launched by Zimmer afterSteve Jablonsky... this was logical that Zanelli goes to composed this score ! (or Ramin Djawadi in other way...)

Oh, I just love his style of composing, from orchestral pieces to the trip-hop rhytmical alltogether! Hitman 2 sounds just like a movie score, Contracts has more depressing and suites that make you feel unease. But Blood Money is my personal favourite.

I think he's pretty great, even though I've only heard his stuff on the Adventures of Batman.

Am I showing my age here, but I remember Jesper Kyd from the olde Amiga demogroup days (he was a part of Silents DK with Mikael Balle). He wrote the amazing Global Trash tune in (err...) 1989(ish).

After hearing the Assassin's creed Ost I would say he is my fav composer working today...Nobuo Uematsu being my all time favorite

Regarding ROBOTECH, I've only heard his work on Invasion & I have to say that it's my favourite OST from him by a long-shot! It's so atmospheric & spacey. Chills me out more than your average zoot!:naughty:

I used to talk to him back in 2003-2005, and he has sent me 2 autographed CDs (Hitman: Contracts and Blood Money) - so yes I'm a huge fan. Love cleaning my apartment and relaxing and stuff to the full Blood Money music rip. Very inspirational and nice.

One of the great composers nowadays, his music is amazing compared to most of the videogame soundtracks that are released these days, every theme he made is epic not matter what.

And also his electronic stuff is nice for the ear.

I reall really liked the Freedom Fighters soundtrack, I didn't know what else he did though... So I'll go check out Hitman right away!

Though I'm a big fan of Kyd, I've found most of his compositions for the Kane and Lynch game were a rather disappointing. There were only two songs I liked in the entire in-game soundtrack, and the trailer music.

Chances would be slim. Even then, I don't think that their combined ideas would make up for a great symbiosis.

True that. His scores are very impressive. Which makes me wonder where I can find his work for MDK2. Just got the game, playing it now, loving the music and the gameplay.

The soundtracks that he composed for Scorcher and Amok on the Saturn are some of the best industrial/ electronica/ techno tracks I have ever heard.

I especially like the stuff he did for Amok. The fact that he sampled lines from the movie Kafka makes him a legend in my book!

On a slightly related note, does anyone know anything about the version of Ave Maria used in Hitman: Blood Money. Did he have a hand in that? Its masterfully done...

OH MY!! I really envy you!!! By the way, where can I buy Jesper's CDs. I've missing a lot in the stores, I've looked even on ebay? I am looking for Freedom Fighters and Contracts!
