I decided to change my front. Now, i enjoy looking at CPU fights in Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 2 on my PS2. I know this isn't much of a soundtrack, but they're recorded in MP3s, so i guess it's fair. I'll give detailed description for every fight you'll hear. In all fights, The computers are programmed to use energy attacks as soon as they'll charge up enough energy.
Finally, CPU's are fighting on the highest level of difficulty.
FIGHT 1

Teams in order (not neccesarily in order they appear):
Team 1: Krilin, Meta-Cooler, Bardock, SSJ4 Goku, Gohan
Team 2: Piccolo, Yamcha, Cell, Freeza, Broly.

Battle 1 - Krilin vs. Piccolo
Krilin: "This might be it."
Piccolo: "Come on, let's see what you got."
After the two lock-on to each other, Krilin receives serious beating from Piccolo at the beginning. He tries to blast him with Kamehameha, but Piccolo counters with Special Beam Cannon, neutralizing it. When Piccolo fires Light Grenade ("Tearing bullet!"), Krillin evades the attack, charges up and unleashes a mid-succesful Expanding Energy Blast (How's this?!"). Piccolo and Krilin carry on exchanging blows (Piccolo manages to stop Krilin from using Kamehameha the first time but fails the second time). It's all the same until Piccolo gets Krilin with Kaikosen ("Take THIS!") and blasts him with Light Grenade. Pic then goes into MAX POWER mode. They both miss their attacks, Kamehameha and Light Grenade respectively. Piccolo fires Special Beam Cannon but gets blocked by Kamehameha. Pic fires another SBC along with Kaikosen, bringing Krilin to critical health ("I'll show you!"). He attempts to blast Pic with Kamehameha twice - he's twice blocked. He succeds later in hitting Pic with Expanding Energy Blast and Kamehameha. Piccolo misses Krilin and he gets upper hand for a moment (another Kamehameha). Pic fires another Special Beam Cannon-Kaikosen combo, putting Krilin out of his misery.
Battle 2 - Meta-Cooler vs. Piccolo
Meta-Cooler: "I'll show you fear."
The battle starts a bit away. Piccolo misses Kaiokosen, but gives Cooler little beating. He soon makes a counter combo, along with Finger Blitz Barrage (loud blasts). Piccolo misses his throw, when Cooler proclaims "What's that?", later he misses Kaikosen and Coller blasts Pic away and sends another FBB. Later he breaks Piccolo's block and sends him away, along with FBB again. This brings Pic to critical health ("You'll PAY FOR that!"), but a single Meta-Cooler's knee finishes Piccolo off.
Battle 3 - Meta-Cooler vs. Broly.
Broly: *laugh*
Fight starts with exchanging blows. Cooler yet again fires FBB, but Broly quickly turns into Super Sayian ("I'll KILL you!") and fires off Trap Shooter (*laugh*). Cooler sends Broly away, breaks his block and does antoher FBB. Broly counters his throw, gives Cooler little beating, then the opposite. They both launch their attacks: Cooler - Finger Blitz Barrage ("How's this?"), Broly - Trap Shooter. Cooler gets the upper hand and carries on beating Broly. Soon, he sends another FBB and Broly sends another TS. Later, the two use their alternate attacks - Cooler: Lock-on Buster ("I got you!"), Broly - Eraser Cannon. In a moment, they both switch places.
Broly: "Boring."
Yamcha: "Tieen, check this out."
Meta-Cooler: "This is a waste of time."
Bardock: "Here i come."
Battle 4 - Bardock vs. Yamcha
It's pretty much a one-sided battle. Bardock starts of by firing Full Power Energy Wave and scoring a hit for a whoopin 12550 points. Yamcha sends his Spirit Ball ("GO!") which is a failure. We get a energy exchange, with Bardock using FPEW and Yamcha firing Kamehameha. Bardock makes it count. Bardock goes behing Yamcha and sends another FPEW. He carries on pounding Yamcha later. Breaks his block and blasts off another FPEW. He then throws Yamcha away whos on critical health ("Now it's my turn!"). Bardock finishes him off with another
2 Full Power Energy Waves (first one misses).
Battle 5 - Bardock vs. Cell (2nd form)
Cell: "You fool."
Bardock starts off with transformation into his Great Ape form (roar) and using Super Explosing Wave on Cell. Then, we have a long exchange of blows, with Ape throwing Cell down and getting a MAX POWER item. This let's the Ape use Chou Makouhou Barrage - his ultimate attack. He damages for about 15000 damage. Cell carries on exchanging blows with the Ape and blocking his ("That won't work.", "Fool."). Cell gains the upper hand, but only for a short time. Then, after another blow exchange, he sends a Kamehameha, which misses. Cell manages to bring the Ape down for a while but in the end, Ape barely defeats Cell.
Battle 6 - Great Ape Bardock vs. Frieza
Frieza: "I'd best lend a hand."
Frieza telports away and shoots his Death Beam ("Begone!"), dealing about 7000 damage to nearly exhausted Bardock. Ape attempts to bring Frieza down, but he quickly finishes off the job Cell started.
Battle 7 - SSJ4 Goku vs. Frieza
SSJ4 Goku: "Hehe. Come get some."
Frieza fires another Death Beam and quickly turns to his 2nd form ("Brace yourselves!"). Goku gives him a small beat and Frieza counters, but Goku sends him away. He breaks Freeza's block, beats him and counters his throw ("What was that?"), then uses his own. Charges up and tries to get Frieza with Meteor Smash ("No use!") - it didn't hit. Soon, Goku fires 10x Kamehameha - it hits. Goku caries to pound Frieza until he regains his vision and turns into 3rd form ("Thank you for waiting.") Despite this, Frieza is not enough to stop Goku, even though he missed him for a while. Goku does a succesfull Meteor Smash, carries on beatin' Frieza. He fires a Death Beam as a last ditch effort, but misses ("Over here.") and Goku finishes him off.
Final Battle - SSJ4 Goku vs. SSJ Broly
SSJ Broly: "I'll kill you!"
Broly starts off with Trap Shooter, which has little effect on Goku. He soon counters and does Meteor Smash. Broly attempts another Trap Shooter and then another one - both miss all the way. Goku gives him a few quick hits and ends the match for his team.
SSJ4 Goku: "Right now, there's nothing i can't do".
Finally, CPU's are fighting on the highest level of difficulty.
