So I was hoping that you guys would fill me in on some things. I mean, I havent seen any pic of it, never saw it in a store, etc.

WHen i hear the title i think of a FF game more based on fighting than the story. Is that true?

Is it worth getting a GBA for?

Whats the story about? (no spoilers plz man)

ok man if someone wants to answer these questions, I'd be happy to share all me love with that one

1. This is a tactical fighting game, it supports a steep learning cuve, but it is a great and fun game once you get to know it.

2. GBA? Why? isn'
t it on PSX

3. It's basically a story of betrayal, but it involves some deeper, more evil basis. The first characters you meet are Ramza ( the main character), Ovelia, Delita, Agrias and Gafgarion. I can't say anymore without giving the story away, sorry

It is not for the simple minded or the impatient or those who do not have long hours to play.

Tactics is extremely rewarding though...

BTW, I bet you are one of those guys that went around saying that FF kicks arse but never did even minor research(I see people who say they know everything about FF and dont know jack baout tactics(sorry if it sounds so dumb)all the time).

Well, its worth getting a GBA just to play it. Hell, I would hit myself in the head with a baseball bat if it would make me lose all memory so I could play it again from the start as a hardcore newb(ah, those were the days).

the first half of this isn't true. You don't need much tactical skill to get through this game, but you do need a lot of time to level your people up.

its more fun if you keep them weak , thereby injecting some difficulty into the game. But that's not good when its time to fight some of the cheaper enemies.

Actually, from my experience playing the game, most enemies can be beaten using just good strategies and a good team. No need to level up really. I think it takes away from the fun. Of course, sometimes you do ned to level up, the game gets real hard later on, no matter what techniques you use

Ultimate you have no idea how hard the game becomes, you havent even made it to Limberry castle, which houses the HARDEST fight in the entire game.It makes the final battle seem like spanking your child!!Its even harder if you want some of the coolest item set in the game, namely the Genji Helmet, Genji Shield, Genji Armor, Genji Glove, and the only Masamune blade(samurai sword). You only get like a 5% to a 13% chance of stealing them from him but they are worth every bit of suffering.

And yes leveling up is a MUST otherwise you are doomed to get whupped every story battle. And if you want every job class then you have to level up otherwise the cooler classes later on are unavailable to you.Even thought the hardest job class to get is a total bummer but its still cool to get them all.
